Eat like Earthy Andy!

Eat like Earthy Andy!

If you’re anything like us, you’re a little obsessed with all things Andrea Hannemann (@EarthyAndy on Instagram), from her pics of splashing in the surf with her kids to her videos of nailing squat challenges with her hubby to—most of all—her photogenic plant-based food.
In her just-launched cookbook, Plant Over Processed, Hannemann has compiled 75 of her favorite recipes and mapped out her detailed-but-doable 30-day “plant over processed” challenge. (And yes, all that is interspersed with her signature shots of her family on sprawling, sea-foam-flecked Hawaiian beaches.) These recipes make it easy to say “Hell yeah!” to eating whole plant foods and “Nah, I’ll pass” to processed foods.*
Isn’t that what we all want to do in 2021? Start with these three Earthy Andy recipes and see where they take you.
